Included with Your Membership
One low monthly fee and everything below is included. No hidden fees or copays.
Convenient Easy Access
Save time with direct texting, emailing or calling your personal doctor, whom you know and trust. No more middle men. Get convenient care with both telemedicine or in-person options.
Acute and Urgent Care
Members have access to their personal doctor with same or next business day appointments for urgent issues.  Rest easy knowing that you’re in good hands, quickly, when you need it most.
Chronic Disease Care
With a focus on preventative and lifestyle medicine, Dr. LaBonte can help you care for your chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, anxiety, depression and more.
Women’s Health
Dr. LaBonte has a special talent for women’s health services, including pap smears, breast exams, contraception, menopause education, breast feeding support and STD screening
Pediatrics
Dr. LaBonte loves caring for kids of all ages, including well child checks, sports physicals and same or next day appointments for acute issues. Â
Procedures
In-office procedures include skin biopsy, wart removal, skin tag removal, cryotherapy, ear wax lavage, simple suturing, minor wound care, and incision & drainage.
In Office Testing
We offer in office testing at no additional cost, including strep, influenza and Covid-19 PCR testing, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, blood glucose, EKG and more.
Immunizations
Dr. LaBonte is a strong advocate for vaccinations. Routine pediatric vaccines are available on site. Adult vaccinations are being coordinated through nearby pharmacies.
Membership Pricing
Children
Ages 0-21- With adult/parent membership.
- $85/mo without adult membership
Young Adults
Ages 22-39Adults
Ages 40-64Seniors
Age 65+-
- Family cap:
- Two parent household: $300/mo.
- One parent household: $250/mo.
- There is a one-time registration fee of $75 per person, or $150 per household.
- Family cap:
- Registration fee will not be charged until first onboarding visit.
- Home visits can be arranged for special circumstances. Additional charges apply.

Do I still need health insurance?
Yes. Inspire Family Medicine is not insurance. We recommend that you carry supplemental health insurance for emergencies, specialist care and hospitalizations.
Why should I pay for a membership when I already pay for insurance?
We get it. Insurance is expensive and necessary. But having great insurance doesn’t guarantee you access to a great primary care doctor. DPC doctors can often take care of 90% of your health problems and help you avoid costly ER or Urgent Care visits, or unnecessary specialist visits. For those of you with high deductibles, we can help you save money with cost-effective health care and lab costs. Do you take my insurance?
We don’t take insurance and are considered out-of-network. Medicare and PPO insurance plans are more compatible in that they don’t require you to see in-network physicians. Learn more about why we don’t take insurance.
What if I want to leave the practice?
Don't worry, there are no lock-ins. You may cancel your membership and leave the practice at any time.
What if I have an HMO and need a referral?
Many HMO insurance plans require that you have an in-network PCP to generate a referral. In these cases, you may need to have an in-network physician on file who can make those referrals for you.
Do you have any partners or midlevels?
At this time, Inspire Family Medicine is a physician-led practice. We don’t have any nurse practitioners or physician assistants working in the office. Â
Do you prescribe controlled substances?
We do not prescribe controlled substances for long term use, such as pain management, insomnia or anxiety management. Your DPC doctor is skilled in many other prescription and non-prescription supports to help you in this area, or can refer you to a pain specialist or psychiatrist in your area.  We do not carry pain medication or controlled substances in our clinic.
